New Year and lots of proposed changes!

1.  The club voted to accept new Tournament of Champions rules/qualifications for 2010.  Please review the 2010 rules at:  Club Newsletters and Docs\Tournament Director Info (Members Only).

2.  Additionally, there was a new motion to change the club tournment payout schedule to a payout of 1 place for every 4 entrants.  A sample payout for a 25 entrant tournament can be found here .   Depending upon your viewpoint, this may be very positive as it pays down more places and encourages more people to fish.  All club members need to submit feedback at the next meeting and it can be voted on accordingly to amend the Tournament Rules.  This change does not appear to impact the By-Laws.

3. Prineville labor day tournament.  I currently have 2 spots remaining at the Prineville campground.  If you are fishing Prineville and want a reserved spot near the rest of the club, please contact Mitch Pearce ASAP.

4.  Shirt orders are being placed.  I am only ordering shirts for those who confirmed at the January 2010 meeting.  If you want a shirt and were not at the meeting, please email me by 1/11/2010.

IBM has a new meeting location effective Wednesday January 6, 2010.  We are headed back to our old meeting location in Nampa formerly Elmer's Restaurant, now called Canyon Creek Restaurant and Lounge.  This location is off I-84, Exit 36 on Franklin Boulevard across from Campbell Tractor at 1411 Shiloh Dr. adjacent to Shiloh Inn.  Social hour remains at 7:00pm. with meeting start at 8:00pm.  We will be discussing what's coming up in 2010, taking care of any remaining 2010 dues payments and be holding our Tournament of Champion raffle!  See you there!  President Shuyler
